Vidalia Onion Relish and Tomato Jam make this meatloaf something to talk about.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place meat in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, tear up bread, then add beaten eggs, Vidalia Onion Relish plus juice, 1/4 cup of milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to bread. Mix gently to moisten. If necessary, add a bit more juice from the jar of relish. Then add to bowl of meat mixture. Add 1/2 cup of Kitchen Kettle Tomato Jam to the meat mixture. Gently mix meat, bread mixture and jam and form into a loaf. Do not overmix! Place in a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread remaining Kitchen Kettle Tomato Jam over the top of meatloaf. Finish baking at least another 15 minutes.
