Kitchen Kettle Red Hatter Mojito Recipe

Try this at your next garden party! Our Apple Raspberry Jelly is made with Black Raspberry juice, a favorite among "kids" of all ages.

Ingredients

• 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Apple Raspberry Jelly
• 9 c. sprite
• 4 1/3 c. limeade
• 1/2 c. fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Heat jelly until it is liquid. Add mint leaves and crush into jelly. Add remaining ingredients, and chill. To serve: remove mint leaves and pour mojito over ice.
