Kitchen Kettle Cous Cous Recipe

Description

You can eat this delicious cous cous as a side dish or use as a bed for grilled fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Middle Eastern Pine Nut Cous Cous
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Peach Pineapple Jam
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins
  • 1/2 c. snow peas, blanched

Instructions

Prepare the cous cous following the directions on the box. While cous cous is hot, add the Peach Pineapple Jam and stir until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, toss and refrigerate before serving.
