Brew a pot of Roasted Rooster Pumpkin Spice coffee at double strength. Pour hot coffee into a carafe of ice. Chill until ice melts. Fill tall glass with ice and add Pumpkin Spice coffee. Add cream and sweetener to taste. Stir. Top with whipped cream if desired.Iced Coffee Tip: We recommend using simple syrup to sweeten iced coffee as granulated sugar does not dissolve well in cold drinks. Simple Syrup - Use equal parts granulated sugar and water. Combine in sauce pan and heat on low until sugar dissolves. For a twist, use light or dark brown sugar in place of granulated sugar.
