This great recipe came from a 2013 Rhubarb Baking Contest Participant! This won 1st place in the Dessert Division!
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, beat well, then add flavoring and flour. Spoon into a well-greased jelly roll pan (15x10x1). Mark butter into 28 squares. Spoon rhubarb sauce into center of each square. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°F or till brown. Cut into squares & sprinkle with 10 x sugar.
