Bake the wings in an oven on low heat, at 250 degrees for 45 minutes to render fat. Drain fat and chill. Preheat grill so its very hot. Place wings on grill to char and finish cooking. Combine the Kitchen Kettle Hot & Spicy Grilling Sauce with melted butter. Toss wings in the sauce until well coated and serve.
