Holiday Grilled Cheese Bites Recipe

Try this fun appetizer at your next holiday gathering!

Ingredients

• 1 Skinny Baguette, sliced into 1/4" to 1/2" slices
• Butter for the grilled cheese
• 4 oz. Jarlsberg cheese, sliced into pieces to fit baguette slices
• 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Tomato Jam
• 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes, or to taste, optional

Instructions

Butter one side of each Baguette slice. Add a slice of the Jarlsberg cheese to the unbuttered side of half of your baguette slices. Stir the red pepper flakes into the tomato jam if using. Put a dollop of the KKV tomato jam on top of the cheese. Place a second baguette slice on top, buttered side out. Grill until gold brown on each side. Yield depends on size of baguette.

*Note: Swiss cheese may be substituted for the Jarlsberg cheese in this recipe
