Hickory Orange Chicken Kebobs Recipe

This was an April Recipe Contest winner!

Ingredients

  • Skewers - soak in water before using
  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce
  • 1/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade or Cranberry Orange Marmalade
  • 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1 green pepper, cut into small chunks
  • 1 red pepper, cut into small chunks
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks

Instructions

Soak skewers in water for 15-20 minutes. Next, combine the Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce and Orange Marmalade. Set aside. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch squares. To prepare the skewers, alternate chicken, green and red pepper chunks and pineapple chunks on the skewers. Brush sauce mixture over the kabobs. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning and brushing with additional sauce as needed.
