An easy and delicious way to make barbecued shrimp.
First, soak skewers in water for 15-20 minutes before using. Cut slices of bacon in half. Cook bacon until about half done. It should not be crisp. Set aside. Combine Kitchen Kettle Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder. Set half the mixture aside in a separate bowl for dipping when ready to serve. Place shrimp into remaining sauce and coat thoroughly. Wrap each piece of shrimp with 1/2 piece of bacon. Place on skewer, leaving a small space between pieces. Brush grill with vegetable oil. Place skewers on hot grill and baste with any remaining sauce. Grill for approximately 4 - 6 minutes. Serve immediately.
