Heirloom Tomatoes with pickled garlic Recipe

This recipe is courtesy of Chef Jason Viscount of Bricco in Harrisburg, PA.

Ingredients

  • 4 heirloom tomatoes
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Basin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. pickled garlic
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

Quarter tomatoes and place in bowl. Then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Pour olive oil, pickled garlic and chiffonade basil leaves over quartered tomatoes.
