Glazed Baby Carrots Recipe


A simple way to prepare carrots. They make a great side dish that goes especially well with ham, pork or chicken.


  • 2 lbs. baby carrots
  • water
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade


Cook carrots in 1-2" boiling water for 12-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain liquid. Stir in orange marmalade and serve with a slotted spoon.
