Glaze for Vegetables Recipe

Add juicy flavor to your veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
  • Assorted Vegetables cut into bite size pieces

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave until bubbly. Place vegetables in a single layer in a greased, sided, ovenproof dish. Pour sauce over them. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. The baking time will depend on what vegetables you use and the size of each vegetable piece.
