Glaze for Oriental Stir Fry Recipe


A tangy, sweet sauce which originated with Barry and Linda Carper. You may have met them on the Jelly Room sales floor.


  • 1 c. Kitchen Kettle Tomato Jam
  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Pepper Relish
  • 2 tsp. Kitchen Kettle Orange Marmalade
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar


Combine ingredients. When stir fry vegetables and meat are ready, pour glaze over stir fry. Simmer several minutes and serve. This mixture serves well as a basting for ham or as a condiment for hamburgers.
