Garlic Lemon Shrimp Recipe

Description

Garlicky shrimp with the brightness of lemon makes a delicious Appetizer; or serve over rice or pasta for a quick and easy Entree!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Basin Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Heat the garlic olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking for 2–3 minutes per side. Drizzle with lemon balsamic and cook for 1 more minute. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
