Who doesn't enjoy a good fruit cake?
Cake mixture:Combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix well. Gently fold in fruit cocktail. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. While cake is baking, make glaze. Glaze:Place evaporated milk, margarine and sugar in a sauce pan on the stove. Bring to a boil and cook for two minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let glaze cool a few minutes and pour over warm cake.
