A pickle lovers dream! Batter dipped, fried and oh so tasty!
Drain pickle chips in a colander. Cover with a plate and refrigerate overnight. Heat vegetable oil to 350 degrees. Beat egg and milk together in a shallow bowl. Set aside. Mix flour and cornmeal together in another shallow bowl. Set aside. Dip pickle chips in egg and milk mixture, then dredge with flour and cornmeal mixture. Fry pickles until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Ranch Dressing if desired.
