A beautiful and delicious layered dessert for berry season.
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix and milk with a wire whisk. Fold in 12 ounces of Cool Whip and set aside. In a microwave proof bowl, warm the jam for 1 minute or until it can be easily stirred, but not totally liquid. Gently fold in the assorted berries and set aside. To assemble: In a large trifle bowl, place half of the snickerdoodle cookie pieces. Place half of the pudding mix on top and then half of the assorted berries and jam. Repeat layers. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and additional fresh berries and mint, if desired.Get creative with your jam or jelly and fresh fruit flavor combinations.
