Cranberry Orange Pecan Brie Recipe


A deliciously warm appetizer. Perfect for the holidays!


  • 1 - 8-12 oz. wheel Brie Cheese
  • 3/4 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 3/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade


Remove rind from the top of the cheese wheel using a sharp knife. Leave the rind on the sides and the bottom. Place in a shallow pie plate or casserole dish that is slightly larger than the Brie wheel. Spread marmalade over the top of the Brie wheel and sprinkle with the toasted pecans. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from casserole dish and place on a serving plate. Serve with apple and pear slices or crackers.

To toast pecans, place pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 10 minutes until toasted, watching so they don't burn.
