Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe


This dressing was prepared by Huckleberry's Restaurant at the 2010 Kettle Berry Cooking Challenge which is part of the Berry Jam Festival.


  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Seedless Black Raspberry Jam (melted)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (freshly ground if possible)


Add all ingredients to a blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Refrigerate prior to serving over mixed salad greens.
