Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe


2010 Berry Jam Festival - Berry Cooking Challenge Recipe. This dressing was prepared by Huckleberry's Restaurant for the challenge.


  • 3/4 c. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 c. Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Seedless Black Raspberry Jam, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely diced
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground if possible


Add all ingredients to a blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Refrigerate prior to serving over mixed salad greens.
