Creamy Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta Recipe


A flavorful dish that packs a litle heat.


  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 1 slice red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 lb. medium sized shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 1/3 cup Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa (drained)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb. penne pasta


Cook pasta according to directions on box and reserve. Saute chicken over high heat and season as desired. Add peppers, onions and garlic. Deglaze pan with 1/2 cup chicken stock and reduce heat. Add heavy cream and reduce heat. Turn to simmer and add corn, shrimp, and salsa. Once shrimp is cooked, add pasta and toss.
