Creamy Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta Recipe


A flavorful dish that packs a litle heat.


  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1/2 c. diced chicken
  • 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1/4 lb. medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 c. corn
  • 1/3 c. Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa, drained
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb. penne pasta


Cook pasta according to directions on box and reserve. Sauté chicken over high heat and season as desired. Add peppers, onions and garlic. Reduce heat, deglaze pan with 1/2 cup chicken stock. Add heavy cream and reduce to simmer. Add corn, shrimp, and salsa. Once shrimp is cooked, add pasta and toss before serving.
