Cold Strawberry Rhubarb Soup Recipe

Description

A sweet dessert like soup!

Ingredients

  • 1 quart Half & Half
  • 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1-10 oz. (1/2 pint jar) Kitchen Kettle Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients together. Adjust to taste with sugar. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Makes six 8 oz. servings
