A light and flavorful dish with a tropical twist!
Heat Persian Lime Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and snap peas. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Stir in pineapple chunks, Coconut White Balsamic, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice or rice noodles, garnished with chopped cilantro.
