Salmon glazed with a sweet, slightly tart, citrusy blood orange olive oil combined with a rich sweet dark chocolate balsamic vinegar. A new twist on Salmon!
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the glaze over them. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with orange zest and serve with roasted asparagus or quinoa.
