Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Arrange crosswise in a 12x8x2 inch backing dish. Arrange sliced, cooked chicken on top of the broccoli and set aside. To make the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, then add flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper to make a roux. Slowly add cream or milk and broth, stirring after each addition to keep mixture smooth. Place back on heat and cook, stirring until bubbly; continue cooking and stirring for 1-2 minutes more. Stir in wine. Add swiss cheese, stir until melted. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
