Bruschetta Recipe


A great party hors d'oeuvre!


  • Topping:
  • 1/4 c. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled, diced and de-seeded
  • 1 clove pickled garlic, chopped or to taste
  • Base:
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 c. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garnish:
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese


Mix diced tomatoes, chopped garlic and 1/4 cup oil together, add salt and pepper to taste. Leave set at room temperature. Slice French bread. Heat 1 cup olive oil to 300 degrees and fry sliced bread. Top bread with tomato mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
