Blueberry Punch Recipe

A 2011 Tailgate Festival Recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 half pint jars Kitchen Kettle Blueberry Preserves
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 - 64 oz. bottle cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 liters 7up

Instructions

Remove the lids from the Blueberry Preserves and place the jars in the microwave. Warm until jam can be easily stirred. Place jam, lemon juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice cocktail in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir well and chill. Add the 7up right before serving. This can be garnished with orange or lemon slices, fresh blueberries or mint. Makes 1 gallon punch.
