Blackberry Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Seedless Blackberry Jam
  • 1 box Chocolate Cake mix plus ingredients to make cake
  • 1 container vanilla icing


Prepare cake mix according to directions on box, adding half of the Seedless Blackberry Jam before mixing. Bake as directed. When cake has cooled, mix the remaining Seedless Blackberry Jam with the container of frosting in a small mixing bowl. Use to frost the cake.
