Black Raspberry Pulled Pork Recipe


This recipe was prepared by Huckleberry's Restaurant in the 2010 Kettle Berry Cooking Challenge. Delicious!


  • 1/2 c. Minor's Bourbon Sauce
  • 2 1/2 c. Cattlemen's Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Seedless Black Raspberry Jam, melted
  • 1/2 c. birch beer
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 8 lbs. trimmed pork shoulder


Trim pork shoulder. Mix all other ingredients together. Place pork shoulder in pan and pour barbecue mixture over it. Roast pork at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Pull pork with two forks until shredded and blend with barbecue sauce mixture already in the pan. Serve on rolls.
