Black Bean and Corn Salsa Recipe


Delicious and fresh...this is an awesome salsa perfect for dipping.


  • 1 large 15.5 oz. can Black Beans, drained
  • 1 12-16 oz. bag Cope's Frozen Corn, thawed and drained, fresh may be used in season
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 1/3 c. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper


Combine all ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Serve on multi-grain tortilla chips for a healthy snack.
