A lovely and tasty berry sauce to top ice cream, pound cake and more.
Melt butter over high heat. Add sugar, cocoa and orange zest. Then add brandy. If brandy does not ignite, add a match to burn off the alcohol. Add raspberry syrup. Toss in berries and remove from heat. Serve over pound cake or vanilla ice cream.
