Beet Grog Slushy Recipe

Description

This is a twist on the original Beet Grog beverage, a drink created to celebrate beets and the harvest season.

Ingredients

• 12 Kitchen Kettle Picked Beets
• 6 c. orange juice
• 3 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade
• 2 Tbsp. honey
• 12 leaves fresh mint

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender. Add ice and blend until it becomes a slushy mixture. Garnish with additional mint leaves or a beet. Serve and enjoy!
