BBQ Shrimp Recipe


A unique creation from our Guest Chef Cooking Series.


  • Soaked 8” skewers
  • 1 pound (16-20) shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Village Sweet & Sour Grilling Sauce
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


Soak skewers in water so they will not splinter or burn on grill. Place 4 to 5 shrimp on a skewer. Baste shrimp with a little olive oil and grill. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill a bit more. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Serves four.
