Baked Oatmeal Recipe


Get your day started off right with this healthy, tasty dish. A Kling House favorite!


  • 2 apples, chopped
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Dry ingredients:
  • 4 c. oatmeal
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon


In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Set aside. Combine the oil, sugar, and eggs, mixing well. Then add mixture to dry ingredients, mixing until incorporated. Stir apples in last. Pour into a greased 8" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
