Baked Brie with Raspberry Sauce Recipe

This recipe comes to us from the Huckleberry's Restaurant Team. Huckleberry's is located at The Fulton Steamboat Inn at the corner of Route 30 and Route 896 in Lancaster.

Ingredients

  • Brie:
  • 2 lb. of Brie cheese
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • Raspberry Sauce:
  • 1/2 c. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 c. frozen blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
  • 1 loaf French Bread

Instructions

Brie:
Remove rind from Brie cheese by scraping with chef knife. Cube Brie and mix with brown sugar. Place in oven at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes. Thinly slice a crusty loaf of French bread, brush with olive oil and toast in the oven.

Raspberry Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in a pan. Reduce on medium heat until thick for about 15 minutes. Let sauce cool.

Assembly:
Spread Brie on toast, drizzle with cold raspberry sauce and serve.
