A delicious glaze recipe for chicken or pork chops.
- 1/2 pint Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 12 oz. chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Place ingredients in a 2 quart pot and reduce by half. Grill boneless chicken breast or pork shops and then brush the glaze over the chicken or pork during the last 4-5 minutes of cooking time.
