Asian Rhubarb Glaze Recipe


A delicious glaze recipe for chicken or pork chops.


  • 1 half pint jar Kitchen Kettle Rhubarb Jam
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


Place ingredients in a 2 quart pot and reduce by half. Grill boneless chicken breasts or pork chops and then brush the glaze over the chicken or pork during the last 4-5 minutes of cooking time.
