Apple Dijon Coleslaw Recipe


Coleslaw with a twist!


  • 2 1/2 c. shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 c. shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c. Red Delicious apple, diced - about half an apple
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Kettle Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper


In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve cold. Best to make ahead to allow flavors to develop.
