Quick Mushroom & Spinach Pasta Recipe

  1. Rinse and clean spinach
  2. Trim off spinach ends
  3. In a stir fry pan, add mushrooms in with soy sauce and a tablespoon of Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
  4. Cook about 8 minutes
  5. Add the spinach
  6. Once spinach is cooked down, place over linguine
  7. Add another tablespoon of Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil and cheese
