This simple appetizer is great for tailgates and potluck picnics!
- 6-10" flour tortillas
- spreadable cream cheese
- Kitchen Kettle Village Garlic Herb Jelly
- 3-large tomatoes, chopped and drained
- fresh basil, cut into thin strips
On each flour tortilla spread the cream cheese. Next, spread the KKV Garlic Herb Jelly on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle on the tomatoes and top with basil. Roll up tightly, cover each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Remove from plastic wrap and cut into 1" slices. Lay cut-side up on a platter to serve.
