A Kitchen Kettle Recipe Contest winner!
- 1 - quart jar Kitchen Kettle Chow Chow
- 1 - quart jar Kitchen Kettle Corn Relish
- 1-1lb. 13 oz. can of yams in syrup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
In a large kettle bring the chow chow & corn relish to a boil. Cut yams into smaller pieces and add to boiling mixture. Add half of the yam syrup and brown sugar. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Place mixture into hot pint jars with boiling hot seals & lids.
