Rich sweet potato butter make these pancakes worth getting up early to enjoy!
- 2 cups Kitchen Kettle Buttermilk Pancake Mix or your favorite mix*
- 1 - 9oz (1/2 pt) jar Kitchen Kettle Sweet Potato Butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Drop 3 tablespoons of batter onto hot greased griddle or greased frying pan. Turn pancake when golden brown and cook on the other side.
Note: If using another pancake mix, only use half of the liquid that is called for. If tailgating, this can be prepared ahead of time. Pour into a clean, empty ice tea or orange juice container for easy traveling. The mix can then simply be poured onto the griddle and the container can be discarded when empty.
