This is a great alternative for a hot dog! Kristine Grego our foodie here at Kitchen Kettle featured this at a cooking demo at the 2012 Tailgating Festival at Kitchen Kettle Village.
- 1-2 Tablespoons Kitchen Kettle Pepper Cabbage per pepper, depending on size of the peppers
- Peppadew Peppers, found in the deli section of the grocery store
Drain Pepper Cabbage, using the back of a spoon to squeeze out as much juice as possible. Carefully stuff peppers with a small spoon of melon baller.
