A unique appetizer paring sweet and savory.
- 1 pint strawberries stemmed and halved
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (whip until it forms peaks)
Combine first three ingredients in a bowl and toss gently. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve in crystal or stemware. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream. Place dollop of whip cream on top of each serving and garnish with mint leaves.
