This healthy and delicious burger is great for picnics and tailgates. My kids love them too!
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion, sauteed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Fresh cilantro optional
Using a fork, mash black beans. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Season with salt & pepper.
At this point you can freeze, grill or pan fry. If grilling, wipe rack with oil.
