This is great for a salad with crab or shrimp on it!
- 1-10oz. jar Kitchen Kettle Red Raspberry Key Lime Jam
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a food processor or blender, combine the Jame and Rice Vinegar. With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
