- 4 large Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 8 Tablespoons Olive Basin Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
- Seasons Roasted garlic sea salt, to taste
Clean mushrooms, place caps on a plate with the gills up. Pour 2 Tablespoons of chili oil and garlic slices evenly over the mushroom caps with gills up, add sea salt to taste.
Grill over hot grill for 7 minutes.
