A really healthy fun to make summer drink.
- 5oz pineapple chunks
- 2oz Kitchen Kettle Pineapple jam
- 8oz soy milk
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 4oz pineapple juice
- 1" piece of ginger, peeled and minced
- honey, to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth. Add honey to taste and blend in. If you like your smoothies a bit more like a frosted drink, you can add a few ice cubes.
