Pineapple-Carrot Smoothies Recipe


A really healthy fun to make summer drink.


  • 5oz pineapple chunks
  • 2oz Kitchen Kettle Pineapple jam
  • 8oz soy milk
  • 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 4oz pineapple juice
  • 1" piece of ginger, peeled and minced
  • honey, to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are smooth. Add honey to taste and blend in. If you like your smoothies a bit more like a frosted drink, you can add a few ice cubes.
