Good to use for an apple or pear salad.
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Pepper Jam
- 2 T. fresh lime juice
- 2 T. grated onion (can substitute granulated onion)
- 2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
Combine the first six ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Then add oil in a slow steady stream until blended.
