- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 375.
Place butter in 9x13" pan or in a jelly-roll pan. Heat in oven until melted. Set aside.
Pare potatoes and quarter lengthwise. Set aside.
In large plastic bag combine cheese, flour, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes. Shake to coat.
Place potatoes in butter and bake 1 hour or until tender. Turn potatoes midway through cooking.
