This is a great alternative for a hot dog! Kristine Grego our foodie here at Kitchen Kettle featured this at a cooking demo at the 2012 Tailgating Festival at Kitchen Kettle Village.
- 1-17 oz. jar Kitchen Kettle Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa Guacamole
- Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
- Jalapeno SLices, if desired
- Tortilla strips
Spoon 1/4-1/2 cup of the Salsa on top of a hot dog. Top with Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Tortilla strips in the amount desired.
